Current Projects

My research focuses on:

• large-scale data mining and neuroinformatics in human functional neuroimaging to study the significance of human intrinsic connectivity brain networks
• development of an ontology of cognitive paradigms (CogPO) to enable knowledge sharing and database interoperability in cognitive neuroimaging
• development of meta-analysis algorithms and applications for functional neuroimaging and voxel-based morphometry studies using activation likelihood estimation
• exploratory structural equation modeling in neuroimaging data to develop models of effective connectivity within and between functional brain networks.
